The CP is for 5KW Day with 4 towers and 1.6KW night with 6 towers
licesned to Gainesville, owned by RAMSIII aka Reynolds Technical.

Where did you hear that they were granted a CP? The FCC database shows
that as an application - not a CP. They also show a competing
application for 1180 in Pace FL. And apparently a CP was granted for
1180 in Havana FL way back in 1996. But the CP was returned in 1997.
Then it was repetitioned but was placed on hold due to the AM freeze.
