[IRCA] NE Oregon Friday night TA

153 and 162 had good TA (transpolar here) hets and traces of audio for 
awhile Friday night, around 0315 utc; on MW only 1008 had a poor het. LF has 
S9+20dB static otherwise audio might have been heard a little better.
