[IRCA] TPs for 08/19/07

Good morning,

Listened from 1159-1315 ut.  Many carriers and a two Chinese stations in for the first time this season.  HLAZ 1566 was the strongest signal this
morning from the TP region.  TP signals weaken just before sunrise.

153            Russia,  Radio Rossii 1201 fair man in Russian.

189            Russia, Radio Rossii very weak at 1202 // 153

279            Russia, Radio Rossii weak with music at 1222.

774            Japan, JOUB weak at 1159 with man in Japanese.

828            Japan, JOBB 1207 weak with man in Japanese.

1206          China, F/S weak at 1227 woman in Asian language. // 9610.
                  First audio for the season here. 

1323          China, very weak in Asian language at 1229.  Any // on this
                  one?  

1566         Republic of Korea, HLAZ weak at 1214.  Fair at 1240-1244
                 with man in Japanese and religious music.  Traces of audio 
                 at 1314.

1575         Thailand, VOA weak at 1255 with man in Asian language.
                  Still weak at 0602.
