I'm getting snippets of audio from 1690.7 which is almost as strong as 1690.0 on the WinRadio 313e spectrum scope. Sounds like oldies female vocals. This was at 06:20 UTC (23:20 PST), but seems to have faded by 23:30. Presumably CHTO.........Walt Salmaniw, Victoria, BC
