[IRCA] TPs for 08/10/07

Listened from 1130-1305 ut.  No audio heard on the mw tp channels.  Four of the five Radio Rossii stations were heard with audio.   


153           Russia, Radio Rossii fair at 1201 with man in Russian.

180           Russia, Radio Rossii very weak at 1202 with man in Russian.

189           Russia, Radio Rossii very weak at 1203 // program to above 
                 station..

279           Russia, Radio Rossii weak with man in Russian at 1136.  Good
                 at 1229 with jazz music.  Signal S-4 with great audio.  The 
                other Radio Rossii stations have faded out at this time.
