[IRCA] TPs for 08/04

Good morning,

Conditions improved this morning with more carriers being heard than
previous mornings.  HLAZ 1566 was fair at times although fading and weak 95% of the time.  HLAZ did have a English religious program at 1208 when the signal peaked.  Listened from 1135-1300 ut.  Audio faded around 1215 ut on the band.

180           Russia, Radio Rossii weak 1149 with man in Russian. 

279           Russia, Radio Rossii fair main in Russian at 1235.

774           Japan, JOUB weak at 1250 with woman in Japanese.

1566         Republic of Korea, HLAZ fair woman in Asian language.  
                 Signal peak at 1154, then weak with end and out signal until  
                 1208. Signal was fair for a minute or two.  English religious 
                 program heard at 1211.
