[IRCA] 1010 WINS TO SIGN OFF TONIGHT

WINS is going off the air for the night tonight while they upgrade to AM-HD
radio. They'll continue to stream online though. The teletype sound will
sound never sounded quite so good!

Please, lets not have this degenerate into an HD hating thread, even though
I know it will because you DX'ers dispise HD. I just wanted to pass along
