TP conditions improved here this morning with JOUB 774 being heard for the first time in a couple months.  Listened from 1058-1240 ut.


774     JOUB   Japan, weak with woman in Japanese at 1212. 07/31.

1566   HLAZ   Republic of Korea, very weak at 1155 with woman in Asian
                        language.
