That's stick with basics here. The listing of certain government stations is off track and off list. The general rules of A, K, N, and W apply. Listing the exact series - of federal or military stations -- "during wartime" is in poor taste. Every station has a call sign or an "ID". "VOA" becomes a call sign or ID. And all NOAA stations have call signs -- even if not used. The FCC rules list how the FCC assigns its calls. By letter and series. Not just by first letter.
