Thanks for the support, but I don't think the FCC has a dern thing to say 
about it.
We all know about NPG Guam; (former) NPO Philippines; NPH, Hawaii, NSS and NAA.

IT's the NTIA that allots the blocks of callsigns, not FCC.

Jim, do you perchance know what the callsign for MCB Camp LeJeune is?

MIKE, There is no longer any such thing as a "VOA Greenville" or "VOA Delano."
These are IBB stations now.
