[IRCA] Silence on 1530 west of the rockies

0050 PDT 07 30 07 Victoria BC Tuned into 1530 and
heard nothing.Checked to see if I was on 1530 and
found no KFBK sacramento or anything else.Possible
dead air operation. Transmitter running without
modulation? Picking up something that sounds like a
signal.Anyone in Cal tuning in?  --Bill in BC
