WVKO was off today, so they must be testing only and not on regular schedule
yet.  WLGN was completely off today as well, not so much as a carrier.

	WVKO, 1580, Columbus, OH, is back on the air w/SS format.  Has a
slightly stronger signal than it did, but not very likely to gain any
listeners this far away.  The lightning static has been so bad all week I've
not been able to hear either an ID or a slogan, but sounds like a noisy
Mexican.  Another of our traditional black stations gone.

	WLGN-1510, Logan, Ohio, has been off all week.  Had OC on Monday,
Tuesday, nothing at all on Wednesday & Thursday, OC again today.  Have noted
both Pittsburgh & Waukesha/Milwaukee in the mornings.  WLGN has been ESPN
for over a year now, essentially a sister station to WMPO, Middleport;
"Sports Addict Radio Network."  Business in Logan is not very good since the
tire plant closed.  I also noted WMPO off on Monday, 7/23 about 7:00.  I
managed to log WYXI while they were silent.  Came back on with night power
about 0800, then back to full power in thee afternoon. The've been all right
since.
