[IRCA] WNCT: 4th consecutive day of no IBOC

Again, today, WNCT-1070 Greenville (NC) is not operating
their infernal noise generator often misnamed "IBOC
generator" in misinformed circles.

I can hear WWDR-1080 Murfreesboro (NC) clearly when
that infernal racket is off the air, ditto vestiges of
WGSB-1060 Mebane (NC) // WLLQ-1530 & WRTF-1000.

Maybe WWDR raised a squawk. If so, good! But I'm not
holding my breath until WNCT turns its hiss generator
back on.

IBOC, bleah!
