That would a good potential target with superb conditions.  Yes, MI and 
NJ are both problematic as are WLAA and a local TIS. I think that WA is 
my most wanted state here. I have 45 total, and the "closest" one is 
Idaho. I also need WA, OR, AK, and HI.
