[IRCA] KHOB-AM 1390 and Patrick's UN'ID Oldies on 1390kHz

According to my contact in Roswell, New Mexico (Jerry Keifer).. he tells me
they are programming country music locally off the hard drive.

So, we can strike KHOB from the possible list!
