[IRCA] 1500 nightime pick up

Took radio to construction site away from elctrical
noise and tuned into 1500 while working and heard two
faint signals,One was foreign language music and the
other english talk.The Frequency Page lists them as
KSJX San Jose with 5K and a new on air KIEV in Burbank
with 14K and are the two closest stations to this
listening post.Was not able to ID either of them as
they were mixing and too faint to make out.Bill in BC
