Thanks for the heads-up on 740/860 silent stations in Toronto.  Lots of 
static, and they appear to be on open carrier.

0035    860    Weak Music and Radio Reloj

0038    740    Spanish music, carrier appears to be gone now.  Phone tones 
efx.

So at least three signals to work on here ... so far.
