I set the timer to catch :58-:02 every hour and it was still in from
3:58-4:02 AM PDT and gone by 4:58-5:02 AM PDT, so it must be KPTO
stunting. Still no breaks across the hour I could tell, but it would
fade up on top and then drop off into the mud. But KPTO does fit,
especially with the sunrise times. By 5 AM this time of year is it
daylight. This would cut out anything East of the Rockies. KPTO is
listed as lp, so I can understand why I would not hear them off anything
other than the beverage too.
