Paul,

That is what I thought. No College stations found, or anything that is
remotely Classical, Anyone know who has the CP for KPTO ID? Could it be
them? 
This format sounded Listener Supported, or NPR, something along those
lines. A very low key ancr. I heard the station until I headed to bed at
0400 EDT. It was still in there with light classical, light jazz.  Few
anmts.
