[IRCA] DX logging: WPWC-1480 Dumfries, Virginia

1480    WPWC    VA    Dumfries: while noting WYRN-1480 //WDOX-570 (Raleigh), heard a W-XE, but no
   ID @ TOH. Tried again @ 1901 6/13 & despite heavy QRM de WYRN, heard (after
   a Norteña musical piece) a "Doble U Pe...Doble U Ce" ID. First time heard 
   in 20+ years of NC DXing. Station #310. (CAT-NC)
