Nick,
To keep my fingers & toes both crossed (hi), I am going to send a CD to
Les. It is worth a shot. It was a skip signal that came out of nowhere
alright (The old being at the right time & place) at 0203 EDT, as I can
hear an earlier sweep tone start to fade up, then the next one quite
loud, and then maybe two others fading down and out. I have found with
the beverage, this is not uncommon for signals. Most of the flea power
DX I have heard IDs, have been about like that. If I am lucky at the
TOH, the signal will fade up out of nowhere, leaving a slogan or ID and
then gone. I remember this being the case on WTRB-1570-Ripley TN and
WYRD-1330-SC.

Patrick
