Both Nott Ltd (www.nottltd.com) and LBA Technology (www.lbagroup.com)
offer elevated AM ground systems. There may be others.

The Nott system appears to utilize six wires supported on wooden poles.
The LBA system utilizes either three or six 19-foot aluminum elements.
Both are elevated high enough to walk / drive under.
