Might well be.  I think they simply took some 1/4" guy cable and ran it from
the tower base to some poles at the perimeter of the circle surrounding the
tower.  The ends are insulated with the fiberglass rod-type ones as used by
the power company.

Nope.  It's a fellow from Texas.  I don't want to give out his name without
his permission, but it isn't Ted Schober.
