[IRCA] KOHI 1600 Starts work on new antenna project

Just  received an e-mail from Marty owner of KOHI. He wrote " We are just starting work on our new antenna project so things should be better by the end of the summer." 

According to their sign-on announcement they are 50 watts sometime during the nighttime period.  I wonder when KOHI is 50 watts at night?
Will send an e-mail to Marty and ask him.
