[IRCA] Strong Carrier Now on 657.3a

I'm hearing a fairly strong carrier on 657.3a with a bearing of 130/310 
from my QTH in Jacksonville. NC. Null is very tight, and though I 
dislike using an S-meter as strength characteristics, it's slowly 
fluctuating S5-S7. No audio noted.
