No! NOT OFF FREQUENCY! I wrote that it was about 1.3 Hz....NOT 1.3 kHz....
from WSM.

Consistently, every day.

Please take a listen and see if there's anyone down there ON FREQUENCY
that might be the one coming in up here.

It loops about right for the Caribbean (or the reciprocal).
