Listened from 1147-1242 ut.  Second scan through the band (1205) bought up more carriers, but none with audio.  

153          Russia, Radio Rossii 1147 fair with man in Russian.

180          Russia, Radio Rossii 1148 weak with woman/man in Russsian.

189          Russia, Radio Rossii 1149 very weak // 153 180.

279          Russia, Radio Rossii 1150 fair woman/man in Russian.

1566        Republic of Korea, HLAZ very weak 1158 with Asian talk.
