Hi all, I definitely remember when k f i was an n b c affilliate, owned
by earl c anthony incorporated.  He passed away in 1972, if I remember
correctly, and that left his wife to run the radio station, and she
couldn't handle the pressure, so they sold to Cox broadcasting, and
that is probably when they started tape delaying the dodger games. 
Does anybody remember the blats dodger warm up show, and batter up with
chuck bennett, and a trivia question, does anybody know where chuck
bennett went and stayed for some years after k f i?

Yes. I started listening in 1954 in New Mexico, and KFI was associated
in my
mind with NBC from the outset, when radio networks still did sitcoms.
