Bob -
HD Polka channels? Do HD hawkers remind you of carnival barkers? They'll
yell anything to see what sticks, similar to cheaszy lawyers.
HD thugs blat about 'paid reading channels for the blind'. Why would the
'blind' need HD reading channels with all the books on cassette and CD, not to
mention iPods?
Does HD Bund, ever astute, propose to put books for the 'blind' on screen,
along with 'traffic and weather texting' - which they still claim is 'in the
future'. What future? They're delusional.
They've quacked about texting for two years, as long as I've said HD is a big
fat gag.
We long ago went digital. We own CDs and DVDs. Chips run our cars
efficiently. We've long owned digital portable and tabletop radios. Fine 'n dandy, as ol'
Doc Reynolds used to say.
KorpseKasters going HD? Great. I'm not. Nor, it seems, is anyone else.
'Flatline' is the latest media description of this noisy turkey.
Rather than kill AM radio, as things have a way of doing, HD may hurt
KronyKasters.
