[IRCA] KGYN & KOKC+, IBOC [non]

This is hardly news any more, but FYI, KGYN-1210 was inbooming here, S9+20
close to its supposed null, before and after 0200 UT April 29, with Cody`s
Classic Country Countdown. Also heard a break for local ``high plains``
weather.

Another OKC station, KOKC-1520 had a 1 kHz het on the hi side, barely audible
when talking, at 0146 and later. I suppose Saudi Arabia is very likely.

I was pleased to find not a trace of IBOC anywhere on the entire MW band I
scanned starting around 0130 UT, not even +KOA+.
