Willis,

Do what I am going to do, stock up on the regular bulbs. I don't know
what you pay, but a a quarter a piece here and then getting a third pack
free, stocking up on a couple hundred bulbs is not much. 
Then we will have them for the rest of our lives. The gov wont take them
away from us, but we may not beable to purchase them in the future. I
can always go to the LCD bulbs, but at $50 a piece, that gets very
expensive.
