Kevin,

The two Pacific Power sent out as freebes back in the 90s cause carriers
up and down the dial. Dxer friend, Dave Williams has been fighting one
somewhere close to his home that puts a carrier right on 750 khz (KXL
Portland), but it seems to drift too. Sometimes it is on 745 khz.
