When I was a kid of maybe 12 or 14, I put a diode and milliammeter between
my long wire and the radiator in my room.  Got some appreciable reading,
even with a less than optimum setup.  Often thought a tower and bridge
rectifier, and good ground would generate appreciable power.  Probably
better than a solar cell.  And certainly more consistent.

Being between two 50kw giants it might actually be practical.  Doubt it
would be more than a small wattage, but..
