[IRCA] TPs for 4-10

Listened from 1235-1305 and at first heard the nornal carriers with no audio but at 1250 UT it changed big time.  From 1250 to 1257 UT I got audio on 594, 693, 828 and 1566 with very good signals.  The audio was the best since last fall but it did not last very long.
