[IRCA] TPs for 9 April

Lots of carriers this morning, but they seemed to be of the DU variety 
rather than the TPs I was getting yesterday.   None made it to audio, 
with 702 getting close.  The big TP signals on 594,693,774 that were 
there yesterday were totally lacking today.   I did notice the solar 
wind had picked up considerably since yesterday, so perhaps a bit more 
solar action has taken out the TPs for me.
