I TOTALLY agree with everything you've said.

I know my "chicken scratch" is not very readable, so I type up any letters I
send to anyone.

Believe this or not, not only do I NOT have a tape deck in my studio
connected to any sort of speaker or listening device.. I plain old don't
even have one.

I don't mean to sound rude, but if DX'ers want a reply.... they need to
follow clearly printed instructions and make it easy for station operators
like me to reply.
