[IRCA] 800 in Bonaire

I talked to one of the "powers that be" yesterday from TransWorld Radio.
I asked about 800, some changes have been made.  They have put in a 100kw 
solid state box, evidently a Harris along with a new Kintronics phasor which is                described as bigger than the transmitter.
They are now capable of directing the four tower array north or south or non              directional.
Target audience in Spanish is either South America or Cuba.  
This answers why they are again penetrating the eastern U.S. better.
