Hi Mike:

    As far as I know, they have always been WD2XXM.  They were licensed 
to 650 originally.

    To which address did you send your report?  iBiquity in Columbia, 
Maryland.  six or seven years ago, their predecessor verified my report 
of their FM signal (no longer on the air.)
