Bill,

If KWBD is going IBOC (which is hard to believe), someone must be
pouring money into the operation. I don't know what a new 500w txer
would cost, but a station  that is IBOC (5 KW), the new transmitter was
$65K. Most little stations like KWBD  do not have that kind of money to
play with.
