 Decided to enjoy a few minutes of music and monitor
KWDB into sign off after the 9PM news and listened for
any noises but heard only a carrier until 9:20 when
the hiss was activated,and is still going at this time
close to 20:00 PDT.The noise is audible next door on
1100 and 1120 creating a wider signal than the silent
carrier did. Fery interrestink =--Bill in BC
