[IRCA] WATS-980? unIDed

980  WATS  Heard at 2100 3/30. Out of Mamas & Papas oldie, into ID: 
"WATS-AM (indistinct location), the 'All New Rockin' 980,'" and right into 
another oldie (title I disremember).  CAT/NC

With WTEM-980 nulled, suggesting the northwest.

Anyone know who this can be? Suggests a call and format change, not 
reflected in SDXM nor in FCC's AM Query.
