Hi Bill,
I don't know whether or not I'm getting the same buzz, but at the moment 
0047 PDT, one is definitely there in the N/S direction. The buzz seems to 
have a couple of qualities (hi) but the general tone of it is quite low. 
Probably below 250 hz. Definitely annoying.
