[IRCA] 1110 BUZZ

The Buzz on 1110 on sat nite could have been coming
from the little radio station in Oak Harbor ,WA since
I noticed that other signals on same freq sounded like
they were under carrier signal that did not
fluctuate.The 500 watts from KWDB is almost local and
is stronger(even downtown) than most of the 50K ers in
Van BC and Sea WA.They demodulate(is there such a
word?) at night and sometimes dead-air their
transmitter until 6AM PDT.
