[IRCA] TA's

Greetings Everyone: 

Dozens and dozens of TA's were in here this evening. As usual, most were just carriers, but I did manage to extract audio from around 20 or so. It all started well before local sunset (19:12 MDT) when I found a huge carrier on 1215 and it went on from there. Carriers heard ranged from 531 to 1575. At first it was very difficult to hear much due to the high noise levels, but after sunset things improved somewhat, but most were still difficult or even impossible to identify. Of course by then the US domestics were fading up, which didn't help. Once I heard French being spoken on 1206 then 837, 945, 1377 and 1557 were easy to identify as they all carried the same program. I also heard French on 864 and 1278 and these were parallel to each other, but had different programming from the previous 5. Others heard are guesses, except 756.

756 Germany Braunschweig 03/26 03:05 Man speaking German followed by classical music.

819 Unknown 03/26 03:07 Woman speaking in what sounded like Arabic. Egypt is a possibility due to the grey line.

837 France Nancy 03/26 03:10 Man speaking French and parallel to 1206.

864 France Paris 03/26 03:14 Man & woman speaking French. Parallel to 1278 and different from 1206 etc.

864 Unknown 03/26 03:15 Arabic chanting. Again this could have been Egypt due to the grey line etc. Over/under France.

945 France Toulouse 03/26 03:12 Man speaking French and parallel to 1206.

1071 Unknown 03/26102:56 Arabic sounding singing heard here. 3 possibles, but as the grey line was passing thru Egypt at this time, this is who I think it was. Second station underneath.

1206 France Bordeaux 03/26 02:20 Man speaking French. Excellent signal at 03:08

1278 France Strasburg 03/26 03:14 Man & woman speaking French. Parallel to 864 and different from 1206 etc.

1296 Unknown 03/26 02:27 Arabic sounding singing and chanting. This could have been the Sudan as the grey line passed thru that country at that time.

1377 France Lille 03/26 02:34 Man speaking French and parallel to 1206.

1557 France Nice 03/26 02:43 Man speaking French and parallel to 1206. New for me.
