Hi !! Could WSAL , 1230 in Logansport, In. be rebroadcasting WMRI 860 in 
Marion, In.??  They are not far apart, and WSAL would fill in the side of 
WMRI's nulls....as WMRI protects the Toronto  860 stn. .....Just a guess  !!
