[IRCA] 990 last night

I set up remote recordings to try to take advantage of the extended
WNTP down time. I've checked an hour and a half's worth of recordings
wiht not much to show. First, there was a horrible electrical noise
there which I didn't notice when etting up because WNTP was on. Second
there was CKGM clobbering the channel. Right around 12:30 there was
also some music in there but neither long enough nor frequent enough
fades to even identify a format. Since I have another 4.5 hours of
recordings to scan ( and since I can ignore all of the time where the
static dominated by using the graphic display it won't take as long as
if I were scanning them normally.
