[IRCA] Gene Allen-Vallejo CA

Dennis:

I knew Gene Allen fairly well in the sixties.  Met him at several dx
gettogethers & even remember visiting him once in Vallejo.

He was an A-1 dxer.  Specializing in International dx but not averse to
long distant domestic catches.  He was probably in his 60s back then
(1967-1972) so he probably isn't around anymore.

Very nice person....
