Re: [IRCA] KXEL, etc.

As a DX'erradio listener first and a broadcaster second.. it does ever so
slightly piss me off when those who are DX'ers and have had no recent commercial
radio expierience seem to think they know what's going on at a station, why
they're off the air for extended amounts of time, on later then should be...
or what's best.

When in reality, they haven't the fogiest.

DX'ers need to stop and think about their claims of how "a station cheating"
comment will make them and other Dx'ers look. As your mother should've
taught you, think before you speak.

It may not occur to the DX'er who says "W-so and so" is cheating, is
actually suffering an equipment malfunction. IT'S HAPPENED!! Some stations who work
very hard may take that personally and turn a cold shoulder to the NRC/IRCA.

Luckily, most stations I've ever contacted about doing a DX test for us have
greatly obliged. however, if we continue this behavior of accusing those of
ill-legal operation and b**ching when we don't get a QSL, we might have a lot
less DX opportunities in the future.
