I was up at 1200(UTC) looking at the weather for a trip
to Vancouver today (we scrubbed the mission due to the weather...)

Good carriers and audio snippets on 567(a), 576, 639, 675, 693(a)
738(a), 747, 756(a), 774, 828, 855(a), 936, 945, 963, 972(a)

Was very dynamic with minute by minute fluctuations in signal strength...
one minute they were there - then they would drop into the noise
floor - a minute later, they would be back.
