Two new ones logged last night with KXEL off, all times ELT (EST):
 
1540  WADM  IN  Decatur. 2/28 1900. Poor in much QRM. Legal  ID. KXEL off, a 
victim of the 2/24 storm. New!
 
1540  WDCD  NY  Albany. 2/28 2200. Fair with moderate CHIN  QRM. Contemporary 
Christian selection, legal ID, including mention of Crawford  Broadcasting 
and slogans "Your God and Country Station" and "Life 1540." KXEL  off, a victim 
of the 2/24 storm. New, and long sought after!
